If you have a couple of hours to kill and enjoy a nice walk, you can either walk or drive to this park. Grab a starbucks on Yonge street, and enjoy yourself. The park is huge and has lot to offer.

Its nice to grab a cup of coffee at the Tim Horton's at the Yonge and John, then park your car in the parking lot of the Ukrainian Catholic Church, start to exploring the park...

Hidden amongst the trees and historic houses of Old Thornhill Village, this park is full of trails that follow the flow of a ravine. Peace and quite. At the top of the hill (behind the old church) enjoy the outdoor bird sanctuary.
