our famous Stompie, fantastic to see right on doorstep. what will the local artist do to him next?

A Soviet Tank was placed on the spot by the owner many years ago. It is rumoured he was refused planning permission to build a house on the land. He pointed the turret (Gun) on the tank toward the Council Offices whom had refused his planning application. Over the year the tank has been used for photo opportunities
