We like to think this is Ames’ hidden gem, but the over 500 Google Reviews remind us it might not be as “hidden” as we think. :) The grill is located in the back of the international grocery offerings - it’s nothing fancy to look at, but the food is fantastic. We love the gyro and fries combo (we have gone for 3 years and the fries are always the same: perfection) The owner Ahmad, is typically taking orders or running the register. He has never met a stranger.
