This bar is located right on the main street (Melgar) and is a nice place to sit during the day and watch the people go by. It's across the street from the ocean so you'll also see a lot of boat activity.

Here you're on the main drag, sipping on a drink and looking at the ocean from across the street. The Thirsty C. has some of the best wait staff, music is great and margaritas out of this world! ($)
