The owner Manel is a charismatic figure of Bairro Alto. Actually, people travel from all over the country to try the “Feijoada de Javali” (wild boar stew) in this typical local restaurant. Here, unlike the majority of the restaurants in Lisbon where the best option is grilled fish, they specialize in food from the interior countryside of Portugal where the food is heavier and puts together more complex aromas.
