Anusara (Hatha) based yoga but you often get a nice mix of flow too! Something for everyone at this beautiful space. Every class is donation based ($7-15 recommended) and no registration needed every class is just drop in. Located next to the Park City Library just off Park Ave close to main. The bus stop is on Park Ave. Heated cement floor that feels amazing in the winter, cool calm relaxing place in the summer!! Some of the best teachers in the world teach here!! CHECK it out for sure, not to be missed.
