Definitely a secret spot: Zoku is a very nice rooftop restaurant with amazing views over Amsterdam where you can have a three course dinner for around 32 euro’s including drinks.

This is an hidden gem. Not many people know this place, but it's the prettiest rooftop bar/café/restaurant I have ever been in. The food quality is great, the drinks are good and the price is decent. But the view is priceless!
