Tambo art @Inakadate Village Office. To get there, you have to drive. The village office looks like traditional Japanese castle, and the top floor is observing floor that you can view famous Tambo art by the building. You buy ticket (approx. 200 yen) and take elevator to the top. Personally, this is the best Tambo Art you can imagine. Strongly recommended.
