Begin your Waipara wine trail tour with convenient pickup at your Christchurch hotel; settle in to your seat for the 40-minute drive to the up-and-coming wine producing region. Visit a series of cellars and tasting rooms, which may include Waipara Springs, Torlesse Wines, Pegasus Bay, and Waipara Hills (wineries are subject to change without notice). Tastings at each winery are included, and feel free to indulge, knowing you have a safe ride home. If you upgraded to lunch, enjoy a seasonal lunch and wine pairing as well. Christchurch's closest wine region. About 1 hour north it has a select few vineyards and wine tastings with excellent food also.

This cute little winery and restaurant is a five minute walk from your door via the cycle trail. Gorgeous brunch and lunch, great coffee and wine.
