At the Waianae Boat Harbour, good for Breakfast & Lunch, closed at 3pm Dolphin Tours and Snorkel Trips start from here, you can book Scuba Diving too.

On the harbor, nice view of ocean. Where the locals go to eat. Nice helpings and affordable.
