Our neighborhood park. Nice equipment for many ages and lots of trees. Walk-able in 5-10 minutes, depending on speed of the little ones :). You can access most easily from 1st Ave. Also has tennis courts and a skate park in the back.

A great park, right down the street from my building. Basketball courts, tennis courts, picnic benches, playgrounds - even a skate park. Highly recommended to blow off steam with the kids.
