Visit to see how the famous and multi award-winning Cashel Blue cheese is made. "Visitors to www.cashelblue.com will experience how their delicious cheese is made, taste the distinct flavour of Cashel Blue, and discover the story behind the product. Cashel Blue and Beechmount Farm goes back to the 19th century, when the Grubb family, a Quaker family, owned and ran several successful mills in County Tipperary". The visitor centre is open on Mondays & Tuesdays between 10am-4pm, and the tour is €6 per person.
