Qui più che per i dolci si può gustare la famosissima "arancina bomba", una palla di riso con dentro carne o prosciutto e mozzarella; oltre a tutta la rosticceria che ci contraddistingue.

Di arancine buone ne trovate tante a Palermo. Ma soltanto in un luogo riuscirete a mangiarne una che raggiunge quasi il mezzo chilo e che tiene la panatura nonostante la mole. Il suo nome è "arancina bomba" e la potrete trovare al Bar Touring! Un suggerimento 🔍 : se amate le sfide recatevi alla Pasticceria Recupero (Via Malaspina 94-96) per gustare l'arancina che contende al Touring lo scettro della migliore arancina della città.
