The yoga and meditation classes here are gently restoring and life giving. The meditation they teach is unique and very centering and balancing. It is a beautiful place to spend any time of day.

I'm on the faculty and it's likely one of the most authentic yoga studios around. The staff is incredibly well trained and the offering is "real" yoga, not jumping around.
