It’s a family restaurant in Inglewood. And what’s very special about this place is that their seafood is fresh, it’s never frozen. They have family members from Mexico meet them at the border in Tijuana and someone from the restaurant picks it up there. It makes it into the chef’s hands within like a couple of days of being caught. One of their specialties is the smoked marlin tacos. It’s a smoked marlin stew that’s made with onions, tomatoes, and peppers, and they put it in a tortilla with melted cheese and then they put the tacos on the grill until they get a nice char. These tacos are pretty delicious.
