One of the best happy hours in Austin, and a straight shot from the penthouse. Dark interiors, real fireplaces, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The tapas menu and drinks are solid.

Delicious tapas, martinis, and beer selection. Great happy hour spot (HH til 9pm!).
