Five Points is an older shopping area with some of the city's best restaurants, as well as some cute shops. IIIs glasses store has the best frames in town, including sun glasses. Insomnia Cookies is delicious. Charlemagne Records sells music and more- one of the oldest cool stores in Birmingham. Golden Temple Health Food and Cafe sells all sorts of goodies, and has the longest running vegetarian restaurant in Birmingham.
