If you are at all interested in the history of the village or are struggling to entertain the kids in the rain, the museum is a must. Jan loves this place and poring over the stories of shipwrecks, marooning, smuggling (ancient and modern) and the old pilchard fishermen's families lives and traditions.

Its tells the history of the village and shares all of the stories of the people who have made Polperro their home...including the smugglers!

Polperro is a charming and picturesque Cornish fishing village with very pretty harbour and ancient pubs. Many cafes.
