What an amazing experience! There were 8of us on a girl's weekend and this was a highlight. It was an authentic and delicious seafood boil. Evan was great to work with, quick to communicate, and obviously knowledgeable. He showed up with everything on his truck/trailer to boil the food fresh in front of our house, showed us how it was done, answered all our questions, and then delivered an amazing meal. He also sat down with us and showed us the proper way to eat the crabs and shrimp. It was a highlight of our trip.
